About The Course

This course provides essential training for caregivers, covering a wide range of critical topics to ensure high-quality care in homecare settings. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in areas such as Dementia Awareness, Epilepsy care, RIDDOR compliance, and Infection Control/COVID-19 safety measures. The course also includes modules on Lone Worker safety, Health and Safety protocols, Fire Safety, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion training, Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, and Food Hygiene. Additionally, specialised training is provided in Safeguarding (SOVA & SOCA) at both Level 2 and Level 3, COSHH regulations, Mental Capacity & DOLS, and Medication Handling. This comprehensive training equips caregivers with the tools and understanding needed to deliver compassionate, safe, and effective care.
